Stage 1 Training Allocations
Stage 1 Training Allocations
Below are the Training Allocations for Stage 1 Return to Training in accordance with Covid-19 Social Distancing Guidelines.
Please note that times allocated may not be the times nominated by your team earlier this year, however some changes have been needed to accomodate all teams havin access to training grounds.
Some changes may be possible when Stage 2 details are released by the NSW Government and/or Football NSW/Central Coast Football.
Stage 1 Return to Training Information
We trust that everyone has remained safe during these difficult unprecedented times.
On a positive note, we have received from Central Coast Football a guidance on a Return to Football Training Stage 1 for the Central Coast.
This has been developed in accordance with the current ‘NSW Public Health Order’, and we do expect further changes as we all adapt through the impact of the COVID-19 virus. We all need to work together, know our responsibilities and adhere to the guidelines.
Our website and facebook page will be updated as any further changes become known.
Stage 1 of the return to training, involves players returning to limited training sessions effective from the 1st June 2020. Links to these are lister below.
Training sessions will be limited to a maximum of 10 people, so 9 players and a coach or manager. Sessions will be predominantly fitness and skill based in defined areas. There is to be no contact game play and social distancing of 1.5m is to be adhered to.
The Stage 1 Training Schedule will be uploaded and these allow for the smaller groups to be spread out further. This may mean the Coach has to ‘stagger’ involvement during training to ensure the guidelines are stringently met.
Please bear with us at this stage, as some training times may not suit everyone, but in the absence of training time requests, we have allocated space for each team to commence.
Signage will be at the fields advising people of appropriate distancing behaviours, these are also on our facebook and website. Over the last few months, we would expect that people would have an good idea of what is required as far as social distancing goes.
We ask parents not to congregate around the fields but either drop their children to training and then pick them up at the allotted time or wait in an area away from the training sessions.
We as a Club will try to educate everyone on what is expected via the links provided below, facebook and the website in the first few weeks but will not be policing these rules. The onus is on you all as well. The guidelines are based around the NSW Public Health Order currently in place and are being policed by the NSW Police Force. Anyone found to be in breach of the public health order is subject to the possibility of police prosecution / fines. It is Law.
Any person suffering from flu like symptoms is asked to stay at home. Any person who comes in contact with a positive case of COVID-19 is asked to inform the club immediately so steps can be taken to ensure the safety of our football community. A sanitizing station will be available outside the clubhouse on training nights and the toilets will be open.
Changerooms shall remain locked, as per information provided to us on the return to training. Toilets will be opened for use.

Play Virtual Football
Play Virtual Football aims to connect young female footballers everywhere through virtual tournaments. Tournaments run for 4 weeks and consist of various skills-based challenges for you to complete at home and share with your team online! Video challenge submissions are assessed by Coaches, feedback is provided, points awarded and at the end of the tournament, a winning team is announced and awarded a cash prize!
As football has been non-existent for some time we have been working on some online content for Youth-aged Female players and we are excited to be able to go-live with our ‘Play Virtual Football’ tournament.
The key objective for Play Virtual Football is to provide a training platform for female players, so that they can continue to develop whilst being isolated to their home environment. We have placed specific emphasis on ‘fun’, yet competitive team-based challenges, with an underlying coaching philosophy to ensure feedback is provided in a real-time scenario - similar to being on the pitch with your Coach!
Play Vitual Football are accredited and experienced Football Coaches and have a wealth of relevant professional experience which holds them in high regard to operate effectively within a coaching and mentoring environment.
